Over the Moon

This evening has been quite eventful.... for Syuusuke.

He received a call shortly after dinner that he was hired by a company he applied to yesterday (or the day before that). It's as an off-shore freelance writer. Suffice it to say, I was really happy for him -- so much that I twirled him around without really realizing I did.

Not too long after that, he fanboyed hard when he found out that one of his recent tweets was noticed by an internet star he admired and took inspiration from.

It's good to see things picking up for him after the slump he's been over the the past few days.

I'm happy for him. :]

I just landed a freelance writing job! Horray!

Going through playlists

So I've been using music as a means to distract myself from a lot of things and it has thankfully been working.

Horay for Disney songs!

Right now I'm waiting for Mitsu to come home from work so we can go out to run some errands. The only highlight of my day, if I think about it.

Yes, we are still around. A lot of things have happened since our last update of this, so it's hard to think of a place to start.

Over time, I would think things would come a little easier. But for now, here's an acknowledgement that I'm around to update as well.

Hey all. So it's been a good 7 years since we updated.

Mitsu and I got to thinking that we should revive this again so here we are!

The Return

I didn't think it had been that long since anybody last updated this little space on the internet.

Almost six months but still a rather long time regardless. A lot's happened since then, for sure. But needless to say I believe Syuusuke and I have accumulated enough life stories to start writing again.

Perhaps our journals will be updated in the near future. When we're not all that busy anymore.

Yes, I know that it's bad but sometimes I really have to look for a stress reliever. I guess this time I went to far with the smoking.
